Alice joins for her Master’s thesis, focusing on developing a xeno-free culture system for freshly isolated RPE cells. Her work follows the 3Rs principle (Replace, Reduce, Refine), promoting more ethical and responsible cell culture practices. Pursuing an MSc in biology at the University of Geneva, Alice brings valuable experience in cell culture and a strong passion for research. 🙌
Margulan begins his PhD at the lab, working on a stem cell and gene combination therapy for neuroretinal degeneration. Holding an MSc in neuroscience from the University of Bremen, he brings expertise in multi-omics analysis and lentivector production, enhancing our capabilities in advanced therapies. ✨
