La Tulipe Foundation for Medical Research offers space and a collaborative environment to help your project florish. Teams joining us settle into our iconic tulip-shaped building in the heart of Geneva.
Located in immediate proximity to the Faculty of Medicine and its research infrastructure (CMU), as well as to the Geneva University Hospitals (HUG), our site provides a strategic advantage for research groups aiming to develop academic or clinical partnerships.
Our building hosts 29 laboratories, including a dedicated histology laboratory and 5 P2 laboratories, featuring approximately 100 workspaces for researchers and around 40 office spaces. In addition, 3 pre-GMP laboratories will soon be available to support translational research and advanced therapeutic projects.
We offer rental options for both office and customizable laboratory spaces. Tenants have free access to a broad range of high-quality, shared equipment for biomedical research. Our rental rates remain significantly lower than standard prices in central Geneva, making La Tulipe an attractive option to start a project in the field of medical research and innovation.

La Tulipe offers fully equipped, ready-to-use laboratory spaces, available for rent either by number of bench spaces or by square meter. The first option tends to be ideal for small teams, including one-person groups.
